The RCF warranty is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase (end user).  To be valid a printed receipt showing the date of purchase is required.

Register your new RCF product online to get an extra year warranty.

How to register your product:

To register your product on the RCF website you must be registered as a USER.   If you are not registered as a user, go to STEP ONE, otherwise go directly to STEP TWO:

STEP ONE: – User registration

1. Go to www.rcf.it
2. Scroll down on the homepage to the Login/Registration form
3. Press REGISTER
4. You will automatically be directed to the registration form
5. Please fill out all of the detail and press SAVE
6. Now you can proceed with your product registration going to STEP TWO

STEP TWO: – Product Registration

1. Go to www.rcf.it
2. Scroll down on the homepage to the Login/Registration form
3. Login with your email and password you chose for your user registartuion
4. After logging in, you will automatically be taken to your user dashboard where you will see
   1. your user registration tab
   2. your courses tab
   3. your product registration tab
5. Select product registration
6. Now you can register your product using the serial number printed on the holographic sticker placed on the back of your unit

When the registration process is completed you will be able to download and print one PDF document for each registered product to validate your warranty extension from two (2) to three (3) years.

Please keep the printed PDF document in a safe place along with a copy of your bill of sale.

Both are required if warranty service is required through AVL Media Group.
