To submit a repair request, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the «Support» section and select «Repair Request.»
- Click on «Submit New Repair Request.»
- Fill out the repair request form, including:
- Product model and serial number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Any error messages or symptoms
- Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
- Submit the form.
Our repair team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions, which may include:
- Troubleshooting steps to attempt before sending the product in
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Shipping instructions for sending the product to our repair center
