To submit a repair request, please follow these steps:

  2. Click on «Submit New Repair Request.»
  3. Fill out the repair request form, including:
    • Product model and serial number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Any error messages or symptoms
    • Photos or videos of the problem (if applicable)
  4. Submit the form.
